JMB-22 | This heavy-duty portable bender helps to save valuable man hours by effortlessly bending up to #7 or 7/8" (22 mm) Grade 60 rebar. This strong electrical/mechanical bender has two preset angle locks for repeating the same angle bends. The lockable dial-type angle selectors can be set to accurately bend any angle from 0-180 degrees. It can bend (4) each #3 rebar, (3) each #4 rebar, (2) each #5 or #6 rebar, and (1) #7 rebar at one time. The roller chart makes it easy to select the correct combination of rollers to achieve an inside bending diameter of six times the rebar diameter. An emergency stop switch and front and back lifting handles are standard features. The JMB-22 portable rebar bender ships complete with bender stand, five (5) piece bending roller set in a steel carrying case, two (2) standard foot pedal control switches for hands-free bending of two independent bending angles, and tool kit. BN Products backs this unit with a one year warranty.
