CAT-10020HDCADC | The California Air Tools 10020HDCADC ultra quiet and oil-free dental lab air compressor in a soundproof cabinet is designed to be one of the quietest 2 hp air compressors in the industry having only 58 decibels of sound. The powerful new 2 hp SP Series motor operates at only 1,680 rpm creating less noise and less wear. These new motors have been designed to increase duty cycle and allow for longer continuous run times. The oil-free, dual piston pump is tested for a life cycle of 3,000+ hours before wear compared to other comparable units with life cycles of 500 hours or less. Oil-free compressors allow for use in a variety of temperatures and uneven terrains.

The new spin-on cartridge air drying system features a regenerating high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant with a lifespan of 2 years prior to replacement. The air dryer is specially designed to remove 98% of the water vapor from the air to protect sensitive tools and expensive machinery. To dry the air from the air compressor an aftercooler and air dryer are utilized. The aftercooler is a heat exchanger for cooling the discharge air from the air compressor. The water vapor from the compressed air is condensed into liquid form and pushed into the air dryer.

The CAT-10020HDCADC is ideal for applications where maximum removal of moisture from the air line and minimum sound emission are essential.
