CAT-10010DC | The California Air Tools 10010DC ultra quiet and oil-free air compressor is designed to be one of the quietest 1 hp air compressors in the industry emitting only 60 decibels of sound. The powerful 1 hp motor operates at only 1,680 rpm creating less noise, less vibration, and less wear. The oil-free dual piston pump system is engineered for longevity, high performance and durability. The new, heavy-duty SP Series motor is designed for increased duty cycle and longer continuous run time. This motor is tested for a minimum pump life of 3,000+ hours before service, 25% more life before repair. The large 10 gallon steel air tank weighs only 75 lbs.

The air drying system features high grade Activated Alumina desiccant with a 4,000 hour life. The air dryer is specially designed to remove 80% of the water vapor from the air to protect sensitive tools and expensive machinery. To dry the air from the air compressor an aftercooler and air dryer are utilized. The aftercooler is a heat exchanger for cooling the discharge air from the air compressor. The water vapor from the compressed air is condensed into liquid form and pushed into the air dryer.

The CAT-10010DC air compressor is ideal for anyone working indoors where noise and the need for removal of moisture is a major issue.

Ships complete with (2) air filters, no assembly or installation service required.
