CAT-20040DSPCAD | The California Air Tools 20040DSPCAD ultra quiet and oil-free dental lab air compressor in a soundproof cabinet is designed to be one of the quietest 4 hp air compressors in the industry having only 58 decibels of sound. The (2) powerful new 2 hp SP Series motors operate at only 1,680 rpm creating less noise and less wear. These new motors have been designed to increase duty cycle and allow for longer continuous run times. The oil-free, dual piston pump is tested for a life cycle of 3,000+ hours before wear compared to other comparable units with life cycles of 500 hours or less. Oil-free compressors allow for use in a variety of temperatures and uneven terrains. This compressor features an air drying system that uses Activated Alumina desiccant with a 4,000 hour life. The CAT-20040DSPCAD is ideal for applications where maximum removal of moisture from the air line and minimum sound emission are essential.
